Empowering Teens, Guiding Parents, Transforming Futures.

Therapy for teens, young adults, and families.
You’ve tried everything—from gentle encouragement to tough love—but your teen or young adult is still struggling. School feels overwhelming, emotions are all over the place, and your once-close relationship feels tense or distant. Whether it's ADHD, anxiety, or just feeling stuck, you're exhausted from trying to hold everything together—and worried about what comes next. The good news? You don’t have to figure this out alone.

My Approach

With a background as a teacher, school counselor, and in-patient therapist, I bring a practical and compassionate approach to therapy. I offer more than just a listening ear—I help clients develop skills they can use right away. My goal is to support emotional growth while providing tools that help families reconnect and move forward with clarity and confidence.

What You Can Expect:

  • A non-judgmental, supportive space for your teen or young adult

  • Practical tools to manage focus, stress, and emotional regulation

  • Coaching for parents to improve communication and reduce conflict

  • A plan tailored to your family’s needs—not a one-size-fits-all approach

If you're ready to stop walking on eggshells and start seeing real progress, I’d love to help.

FAQ

  • It starts with a conversation. The first step is to schedule a consultation call using the Request Appointment button. In our first conversation, we’ll talk about what’s been going on, what you or your child are struggling with, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy.

Whether you’re a parent seeking support for your teen or a young adult navigating things on your own, I’ll meet you with compassion, curiosity, and zero judgment. From there, we’ll create a plan together, with clear goals and practical tools to help you start seeing real change.

  • I offer private pay sessions at the following rates:

    • $150 for a 50–60 minute individual session

    • $175 for a couples or parent support session

At this time, I am not in-network with insurance providers. Many clients choose to work with me privately for greater flexibility and privacy. If you have out-of-network benefits, I’m happy to provide a superbill (receipt for services) that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

If you have questions about payment or want to explore whether therapy is the right fit for your family, feel free to reach out—I’m here to help.

  • Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all—how long it lasts depends on your goals, your pace, and what feels right for you or your family.

I like to start by setting both short-term and long-term goals with each client. Throughout our work together, we’ll regularly revisit those goals and check in on progress. Once we feel those goals have been met, we’ll talk about whether it makes sense to reduce sessions, take a break, or move toward discharge.

Some clients benefit from a few months of focused support, while others choose to continue longer for ongoing guidance. Either way, therapy moves at your speed, and I’ll be there to support you every step of the way.
